Biovac España is a technology company specialized in coating medical implants. It was founded in 1991 by a group of Spanish and North American professionals from the sector, pioneers in this type of coating. In these 30 years of history, we have coated nearly 500,000 implants for leading companies in Europe, Oceania, Asia and South America. But our experience does not stop here, as Biovac España continues to improve and increase its resources day by day, to provide one of the best coatings for implants in the sector.

We are the first European company to offer the different coating services for the fixation of the prosthesis. We are a unique company, except for the USA, which can guarantee the Porous Coating (sintered microspheres) with total quality, with all the inherent services and delivery time and price.

Our facilities are located in the Technological Park of Paterna, Valencia, in a well-connected area. The 2-storey building is divided into several sections, where the entire production is carried out. We can guarantee the traceability of the coating at all times.

We have the best technologies to measure, analyse, test and guarantee the quality of our coating process. Porous and plasma coatings are made in different areas by experts.

We have 2 high temperature vacuum furnaces and a room for plasma gun coating. Also a clean room with ISO 7 qualification, calibrated, maintained and disinfected for the final packaging in the implants that require it.

And we have a team of qualified professionals who know how to treat the parts and what is required at each moment of the process. We maintain constant contact with the client to ensure the coating characteristics of each implant.
